General Terms
- These terms apply to all online payments made to Edugen for services including (but not limited to) IELTS coaching, study abroad counselling, visa assistance, and educational application processing.
- By using our website and payment facility, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
- Edugen reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
Payment Gateway Use
- We use secure third-party payment gateways to process payments. These may include UPI, credit/debit cards, internet banking, or wallets.
- By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.
- Edugen does not collect or store any card or banking credentials. All sensitive data is handled securely by the payment gateway.
Payment Confirmation
- After a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with payment details and your enrolled services.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at edugen.md@gmail.com or +91 93551 19200.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable, except under the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error leading to failed enrollment
- Genuine service delivery failure verified by Edugen
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to edugen.md@gmail.com within 3 working days of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- In case of any payment dispute, please reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback. We will do our best to resolve your issue quickly.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in blacklisting the user from Edugen services.
