At Edugen Study Abroad Consultants, we aim to provide students with high-quality educational guidance, IELTS training, and overseas admission support. We understand that plans can change, and we believe in maintaining transparency when it comes to refunds.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is made:
- IELTS coaching batches (after enrollment)
- Application fees paid to universities/colleges
- Documentation/visa processing fees (once submitted)
- Any third-party payment made on behalf of the student (e.g., courier, notarization, etc.)
2. Refundable Situations
We offer refunds only in the following cases, subject to proper verification:
- Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
- Technical failure during online transaction, resulting in money deduction but failed service confirmation
- Service unavailability, where Edugen is unable to deliver the paid service due to unforeseen reasons
3. Refund Request Process
- All refund requests must be emailed to edugen.md@gmail.com within 3 working days of the payment date.
- Include:
- Full name
- Payment date & mode
- Amount paid
- Reason for refund
- Supporting documents/screenshots if any
4. Refund Approval & Timeline
- After verifying your request, we will notify you via email within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- No cash refunds will be issued.
5. No Refund Policy (After Enrollment Begins)
- Once a student attends the first class, or Edugen has initiated the admission/visa process, no refund will be granted, regardless of attendance or application outcome.
- This is because our team begins investing time, effort, and resources from day one.
